• Begin a daily ritual of writing in an Energy Experience Journal of all the ways life delights you, helps you, and energizes you. Describe everyday miracles you may
have previously taken for granted; the uncanny powers you possess; the small joys that occur so routinely you forget how much they mean to you; the steady flow of benefits bestowed on you by people you know and don’t know.
• Speak from the diaphragm and practice using different tones to evoke and embody different vibrational levels.
• Create a new habit that elevates the energy of your community, such as smiling when you see someone, whether you know them or not.
• Be open to vibrating through meditation, humming, singing, tapping.
