SUN-DRIED TOMATO MARINARA SAUCE
1 1⁄2 Cups Sun-Dried Tomatoes, with oil (I like the Mezzetta brand packed in oil) 1 Lemon, juiced
1⁄2 Cup raisins
3 Garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
Blend in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth (adding water if needed to achieve desired consistency).
MACADAMIA NUT “CHEEZ”
2 Cups Macadamia Nuts
1 Lemon, juiced
1⁄2 Yellow Onion, cut into chunks
1 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
1⁄2 Cup Water, plus more as needed to achieve desired consistency
Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender (adding water to reach the consistency of ricotta) and process until smooth.
