911 Juice Feasting Recipes
Instructions: Choose your blend of ingredients and put all items through a vegetable juicer. Stir to blend flavors.
Try some of my favorite combinations listed below, or get creative and come up with your own!
e Cucumber, celery, parsley, lemon and ginger e Apple, lime, cucumber, basil and mint
e Tomato, cucumber and lemon
e Carrot, apple and ginger
Fortunately for those residing in the Santa Rosa area, we now have Seed to Leaf Organics to provide a variety of fresh cold pressed juices along with some of the healthiest food in Sonoma County. They will offer one-day, three-day or five-day cleanse packages with a selection of juices (see their current blends in the recipes below). Some people may want to include green smoothies or green soups as well. Seed to Leaf will work with you to customize your program.
